Frequently Asked Questions
Here are some of the questions we get asked by teachers and bursars
When are payments made?
Payments may be tailored to meet requirements, although most customers opt for monthly, annually or quarterly rentals. Agreements may run from 1 to 7 years although most schools opt for three. How do I arrange a lease?
Simple. Just contact us and advise how much equipment you need to finance and we will liaise with the supplier and raise the paperwork for you sign. Once the equipment has been delivered (and installed where necessary) we will authorise payment to the supplier. What happens at the end of the lease?
Title of assets under a lease may be transferred to a third party such as the Board of Governors or PTA. You can replace all the equipment, continue using it or return it. The ball is in your court !What can be included?
Hardware, software, services contracts, installation, training, delivery in fact, everything you need to set up a new classroom. In addition we can finance a wide range of other equipment including musical equipment, vehicles, kilns, portacabins, fencing – we have even financed a tractor.Am I locked in?
No. Every time you sign an order you are making a commitment of some kind. This scheme merely changes that commitment from one made at the time of delivery, to one spread out logically over the life of the system.Spreading the cost of IT allows you to acquire additional equipment – you are paying for usage rather than ownership. If you use your most precious asset – cash - you have none of the flexibility that is an integral part of the leasing arrangements with regards to upgrading equipment. We also ensure that you retain control over your lease and will not get charged heavy end of lease costs.
